Once your reserved items have been checked out you will receive an email with the available pick-up times
When you arrive at the Early Years Centre (1001 Mackenzie Ave), you may either: - come in and knock on the RCCS Office door - Room 124 - or you can call / text 250-837-8913 to let us know you have arrived and we can bring your items right out to you.
The library storage stacks are located within a busy office and not open for browsing.
